About the Adventure

To experience the vibrations of a whale song, filling your body with their ancient songs will change your life forever. The excitement, the amazement, the awe, wonder and connection that comes alive when witnessing, hearing and coexisting with these magnificent beings is truly an unforgettable experience, and something I deeply believe can serve and contribute towards a more loving, inspired and caring humanity.

This is not a typical whale-watching excursion. This is an opportunity to connect deeply with these revered guardians of the ocean, earth and life.

Before entering the water, we learn to communicate with the whales and establish relationships of reciprocity. We enter the ocean in kayaks with great respect and minimal impact. We go out while the sun is rising, the waters are calm and the crowds are clear.

The whales love our joy. The more fun we have, the more curious the whales become of us. The more we laugh, the more the whales breach. The more we sing, the more the whales approach. It’s quite a wild experience to feel, and one that is best felt than understood.

I can promise you, I am a different human since my first time sharing the ocean with these gentle giants. I did my best to describe my first encounter with these beings, here.

We spend time swimming in the shallow waters with masks and snorkels simply listening to thousands of harmonizing whale songs. The whales may come near us on our kayaks or may keep their distance. They may feel extra playful or perhaps more reserved. One thing that is certain is the whales are with us, aware of us, listening to us and sharing with us.

Whale Song Immersions are deep dives into the world of Mama Whale. You will likely realize, fairly quickly, why so many indigenous communities have always revered the whales . In between our kayaking out with the whales, we will have time to rest, relax and integrate. We will also have time for other adventures which can be curated to your passions and energy levels.

We will have the opportunity to learn to surf, swim through waterfalls, hike through Haleakala’s 10,000 foot volcanic crater and much more.

You are warmly invited! To share these experiences is an absolute honor for me. I have been blessed to have the chance to live on Maui and befriend the waters, the mammals, mountains and many incredible people here. I am constantly in awe of this place; there is so much to learn, so much I don’t know and this is what brings me alive. This is an invitation to share the magic of the unknown… Into a place of deep curiosity and hopefully, into a place of great respect for the land which we are walking on, waters we swim through and for the people who live here and have lived here long before us.
